Book an Appointment
Send the form or call with a few words about the gate you have, or the one you want. We ask what kind it is, what it does when it fails and how often it gets used, then set a time to see it in person.

Photos by Email
Photos make the first conversation much more useful. Please email them to caleb.f@squantumdoorsgates.com: one of the whole gate from the street side, one of the hinge, latch or opener that is giving trouble, and a short video of the gate moving if it stalls or reverses.
After the Request Arrives
We read the request, then get in touch by the method you chose to ask what kind of gate it is, what it does when it fails and how often it gets used. Then we set a time to see it. Caleb Foster, the owner, comes out to look it over, take measurements and check the hardware and power. He explains what he found, and once you agree on the work, we set a start date.
What to Have Ready
| What to have ready | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| The opener’s make and model | Parts and settings differ by brand; the label is usually on the motor cover |
| A working remote or the keypad’s master code | The controls can be tested along with the gate |
| A note of when and where the gate stops | Points to the sensors, the limits or the hardware |
| Access to the gate, posts and opener | The hinges, rollers and power have to be seen up close |
| A rough width of the opening | Gives a starting point for a new gate |
| Any old paperwork for the gate or opener | Shows what was installed and when |
